I am a graduate of UCL however I grew up and attended my school years in the North East of England. I now live in Barnet and have been in London since 1995.
I have always had the passion to be in General Practice as it was also in the family. It gave me a great sense of satisfaction that we could manage communities and their medical problems. I am currently a partner in a General Practice in Enfield where we look after approx 11000 patients. The reason why I am so deeply involved in this service is that I do believe in screening as a powerful tool to help us to detect disease and hence improve lives.
Dr Jawad Yahya

Dr. Jawad Yahya, a dedicated NHS and private General Practitioner in North London since 2017, graduated with a science iBSc from UCL in 2008 and received his medical degree from Leeds Medical School in 2011. Dr. Yahya continued to deepen his expertise, earning a postgraduate diploma in dermatology from Queen Mary University in 2018, fueled by a genuine passion for clinical dermatology. Committed to comprehensive patient care, he also holds a strong interest in musculoskeletal medicine and proficiently administers joint injections. Beyond his practice, Dr. Yahya serves as a GP trainer, embodying his dedication to nurturing the next generation of medical professionals. Driven by a desire for precise medical diagnoses, he places patients’ well-being at the forefront of his approach to treatment.

Jose currently serves as a Practice Manager for the LDC, where he draws on his background as a General Practitioner to enhance coordination between primary and secondary care. His clinical insight helps streamline patient pathways and improve collaboration across healthcare teams. With experience as a Clinic Manager at various Health Centres, Jose has demonstrated a deep commitment to operational excellence and patient-centered care, always prioritising the wellbeing of those he serves.
Rooted in a medical foundation from Nicaragua and shaped by years of leadership, Jose brings a proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. He embraces challenges as opportunities, consistently contributing to team success through collaboration and a shared vision for high-quality care. Outside of his professional life, music remains a meaningful passion—offering balance and inspiring a holistic approach to both life and healthcare.

Ketan is a Consultant H&N Sonographer and highly experienced Advanced Specialist Sonographer. He has expertise in a wide range of sonography, with a specialist interest in Head & Neck ultrasound.
Ketan is also one of the Lead Sonographers at a large London NHS teaching hospital and brings his wide range of experience in providing excellent personalised care.
